This was a weathered motel sign in a small Colorado town. The building it referenced it was boarded up and sat amidst tangles of tall dry weeds. It was a typical sign and roadside motel, the kind that dotted the entrances of many a small town back when the freeway system was a new and beckoning invitation to adventure and exploration to parts unknown.
